Job Title: Financial Services Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Representative to join our team at Ontario Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing financial transactions, and promoting our banking services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Approve or reject loan applications, or recommend applications for approval or rejection
  • Assist clients in achieving their financial objectives, such as business expansion, debt management, and investment
  • Complete credit and loan documentation, and forward irreconcilable accounts for collector action
  • Interview loan applicants, and open new personal and non-personal accounts
  • Promote the sale of credit and loan services, and network to develop business relations
Requirements:
  • Certified Credit Professional (CCP) Designation
  • Investment Funds Institute of Canada (IFIC) Accreditation
  • Criminal record check
  • Attention to detail, fast-paced environment, and ability to work under pressure
  • Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, organized, and team player
