Nuovo Photography, a leading photography studio focused on empowering women, is in search of a committed Sales Quality Specialist. This pivotal role involves overseeing the quality assurance processes for sales across all of Nuovo's studio locations throughout North America. You will play a key role in preparing audio and video recordings for sales training, while also delivering comprehensive reports to senior executives and Operations teams.

As a Sales Quality Specialist, your responsibilities will include reviewing training materials, conducting quality assurance assessments, and ensuring that our sales trainers are equipped with the essential resources to effectively guide photographers. Furthermore, you will generate quality assurance and summary reports on sales performance, addressing any challenges that may arise. This position is crucial for upholding the high standards of sales quality across our network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and prepare audio recordings for sales training initiatives.

• Conduct in-depth quality assurance evaluations on sales training materials.

• Create detailed reports for senior management and Operations teams.

• Provide quality assurance and summary reports for performance evaluations.

• Investigate and document sales-related issues, providing insights and recommendations.

• Ensure that all sales trainers have access to the necessary materials for effective training.

Goals of this Role:

• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to guarantee high-quality training materials.

• Develop and document thorough quality assurance processes and reporting mechanisms.

• Ensure that training materials align with company standards and expectations.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of sales training methodologies.

Qualifications:

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years in a quality assurance or sales quality analyst position.

• Strong analytical capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

• Experience in preparing and analyzing training materials and reports.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Background in Quality Assurance or a related field.

• Familiarity with sales training processes and methodologies.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to manage complex issues.
