We are growing and seeking a committed professional to contribute to our innovative team. As a Procurement Coordinator, you will be part of our Subcontract Administration team, supporting the management of subcontracts under the direction of our Subcontract Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity for full-time applicants who are eager to learn and grow with our company. We are willing to train hard-working and motivated individuals.
Main Responsibilities
- Issue subcontract purchase orders in our ERP system, ensuring proper documentation is submitted.
- Adjust subcontract purchase orders as required by Operations, including Change Orders.
- Serve as a contact point for the Subcontractor Prequalification Process (SCPQ).
- Liaise with our IT Department regarding SCPQ and support HSE and Finance inquiries.
- Scan, post, and file contracts and subcontracts as needed.
- Request and update Certificate of Insurances.
- Provide administrative support to our lawyers as required.
- Assist with managing company cell phones/devices as needed.

Skills and Qualifications
- Bilingualism in French is considered an asset.
- Quick learning and high motivation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Familiarity with JD Edwards or Oracle-based ERP systems is an asset.
