Job Title: Glass Installer

We are seeking a skilled Glass Installer to join our team at MJ WINDOW LTD.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing glass products, including windows, doors, and mirrors, in commercial and residential settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of glass installation techniques and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine the type of glass, frames, and materials required for each installation
  • Measure, mark, and cut glass to ensure accurate fits
  • Position and secure panes in frames, ensuring proper alignment and sealing
  • Assemble and install prefabricated glass, mirrors, or glass products
  • Install door, window, and other hardware, ensuring proper function and safety
  • Repair glass doors and other glass structures, using specialized tools and techniques
  • Estimate costs and materials for each installation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installations
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in glass installation
  • Strong understanding of glass installation techniques and materials
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Physical stamina to lift and maneuver heavy materials
