Job Overview:

Alstom is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Administrator to deploy OT infrastructure security tools.

About the Role:

This position requires a deep understanding of IT systems administration, cybersecurity principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

System Administration:

  • Install and configure security tools and technologies, notably Privileged Password Management software and Backup software.

Cybersecurity Policies and Compliance:

  • Implement security policies, protocols, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulations, such as ISO 27001 and IEC-62443

Incident Response:

  • Participate in the response to security incidents, including investigation, containment, eradication, and recovery.

Collaboration and Technical Expertise:

  • Work closely with IT and other departments to integrate security best practices into all aspects of the organization's operations.
  • Collaborate with IT and business units to ensure security measures align with organizational goals.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on cybersecurity best practices.

Risk Management and Audits:

  • Maintain an information security risk register and assist with internal and external audits.

Professional Development:

  • Stay updated with the latest security trends, threats, and technology.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Technology and Cybersecurity.
  • Experience with Operational Technology.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls management, VMware, Windows and Linux.
  • Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 based on industry standards and the company's location.
