Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist to support the technical infrastructure of our organization. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of our systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, design, implement, and maintain complex IT infrastructures, including databases, servers, storage systems, and network architectures;
  • Analyze system performance issues and develop solutions to optimize system efficiency and availability;
  • Develop and implement disaster recovery plans, business continuity plans, and cybersecurity strategies to ensure data protection and system uptime;
  • Collaborate with IT staff to provide technical guidance and support in implementing new technologies and projects;
  • Liaise with vendors to negotiate contracts, resolve technical issues, and manage relationships.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A diploma of college studies with specialization in Computer Science or a relevant attestation of studies recognized as equivalent by competent authorities;
  • At least four years of experience in IT infrastructure management, preferably in a healthcare or social services environment;
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, database administration, and networking fundamentals;
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure;
  • Effective communication, leadership, and project management skills.
