About the Role

This is a full-time permanent position that requires a strong leader with excellent communication skills to supervise and coordinate activities of food service staff. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced environment and be able to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and deadlines
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of up to 10 food service staff members, including food service counter attendants and food preparers
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities
  • Hire and manage food service staff to maintain a productive and efficient team
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • At least 1 year of experience in a related field, preferably in a restaurant environment
  • Excellent oral communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Benefits

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $45,000 - $55,000 based on industry standards and location. This amount may vary depending on individual qualifications and experience.
