We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Mahi Cornwall Inc. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective operational procedures to ensure the smooth operation of our food service department.
Supervise and Train StaffSupervise and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service and prepare high-quality food.
Manage Inventory and SuppliesManage inventory and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
Ensure Quality ControlEnsure that all food and beverages meet our high quality standards and are prepared in a safe and sanitary environment.
Prepare Budgets and ReportsPrepare budgets and reports to ensure that our food service department is operating efficiently and effectively.
Address Customer ComplaintsAddress customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Requirements- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
1-2 Years of Experience1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role is required.
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively supervise and train staff, manage inventory and supplies, and address customer complaints.
Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced EnvironmentThe ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required, as our food service department operates in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
