Senior Chef Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Chef Manager to join our team at The International Centre.
About the Role:
The Senior Chef Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards. This includes managing a team of chefs and kitchen staff, maintaining inventory levels, and ordering supplies as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking methods to meet customer preferences and dietary requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stockroom operations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling procedures, and other relevant laws and guidelines.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as events and hospitality, to provide exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements:
- Degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
- Minimum 1 year experience as a senior chef or kitchen manager.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure and maintain composure in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with menu planning, inventory management, and financial budgeting.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
