- Train staff on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
- Hire and manage food service staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and training to excel in their roles.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

- Basic math skills to manage inventory, track sales, and prepare reports.
