Company Overview
At FutureSight, we're pioneering a new era in Managed Service Provider (MSP) technology. Our mission is to empower MSPs with actionable insights, enabling them to optimize their IT infrastructure and service delivery.

Salary
We offer an attractive base salary of $140,000, which will grow significantly once we close an institutional round. As a co-founding member, you'll have the opportunity to participate in our equity package and share in the company's growth.

Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a Technical Co-Founder to join our dynamic team at FutureSight. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in building the technology that drives our business forward. You'll work closely with our team to design, build, and deploy critical features of our platform, leveraging your expertise in front-end and back-end technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead feature development: Design, build, and deploy critical features of our platform from initial concept to final implementation.
- Collaborate on technical roadmap: Define and execute the technical roadmap, including architectural decisions and technology selection.
- Drive technical excellence: Champion best practices in software development, focusing on clean, maintainable, and scalable code to ensure our platform can grow with our clients' needs.
- Full-stack engineering: Utilize your expertise in front-end and back-end technologies to build a seamless and robust platform.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Generative AI expertise: Experience with LLMs like GPT, LLaMa, and Claude.
- Data engineering & management: Proven ability to manage and process large volumes of unstructured data, develop scalable data pipelines, and ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Data science proficiency: Strong background in data analysis, modeling, and leveraging data-driven insights to inform AI solutions tailored for MSPs.
- APIs: Proficiency in Python and APIs from OpenAI, Azure AI, Amazon Bedrock, and Google Vertex.
- Full-stack deployment: Balance between rapid prototyping and full-stack deployment.
- AI solution development: Proven track record in developing real-world AI solutions.
- Coding & prompt/flow engineering: Skill in integrating AI services and APIs.
