Astra North Infoteck Inc. is seeking an experienced Informatica Cloud Developer and Data Architect to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ETL processes using Informatica Powercenter and IICS/IDMC.
Responsibilities- Analyze data to draft KPIs, build data sources, reports, and dashboards to address business questions.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to understand business problems and design ETL systems based on business requirements.
- Develop, test, and document ETL processes, including translation of detailed specifications into Informatica/IICS ETL process design.
- Conduct unit tests and assist in test preparations to ensure data integrity, quality, and program quality.
- Troubleshoot ETL processes in Quality Assurance/SIT or Production environments.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 8-10 years of overall ETL development experience in a large IT organization, including a minimum of 5+ years of strong hands-on development experience in Informatica Powercenter and IICS/IDMC.
- Solid knowledge and experience with SQL and relational platforms (Oracle or SQL Server).
- Experience working within a cross-functional agile team to provide client delivery.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related area.
- Very good communication and client management skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain high customer trust and confidence.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
This role offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
