Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the management team, including implementing new procedures, delegating tasks to office support staff, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Office Services Coordination: Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Reporting and Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Staff Development: Train staff and monitor and evaluate their performance.
- Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration and plan and control budget and expenditures.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience, or equivalent experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 32 to 37.5 hours per week.
