We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Cobs Bread. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing dough, batters, and icings for a variety of baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet treats.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare dough and batters for a variety of baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet treats.
- Operate machinery, including mixers and ovens, to produce high-quality baked goods.
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Train staff on new recipes and production procedures.
- Ensure that all products meet established quality standards.
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Organize and maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies.
- Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods.
