We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at FAST TIME WATCH & JEWELLERY REPAIR INC. in Retail business environment.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in fast-paced environments and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for operating cash registers, providing product information and advice to customers, and promoting products and sales through various channels.
Key Responsibilities- Operate cash registers and process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and making recommendations on products and services.
- Assist with visual merchandising, including setting up displays and arranging product displays to maximize sales potential.
- Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce platforms.
- Evaluate customer needs and provide personalized product suggestions and advice.
- Maintain store appearance and organization, ensuring a clean and safe shopping environment.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. You should also have a high school diploma or equivalent experience and be willing to undergo criminal record checks as required by law.
BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $35,000 to $45,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a base salary, you may also be eligible for bonuses based on individual and team performance. Other benefits include free parking, a permanent employment contract, and the opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment.
