Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Ontario INC. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and stockroom
  • Restock shelves and merchandise as needed
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store displays
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail experience an asset
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
