Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide mentorship, guidance, and technical advice to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to manage their individual corporate critical application support activities.
  • Application Expertise: Provide technical and functional expertise on a wide range of strategic, financial, regulatory, safety, and reputationally impactful applications, including Informatica PowerCenter, BizTalk, Oracle Enterprise Data Warehouse, Mobile Workforce Management, WebLogic, and other applications.
  • Software Development: Produce detailed software design and functional specifications for bug fixes, maintenance releases, and enhancements related to in-scope applications, and develop software code based on these specifications.
Requirements
  • Education: 2-year Diploma in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience: 8 years' related work experience, with competency in managing medium to large projects.
  • Technical Skills: Immediate knowledge of data center technologies, virtualization, storage, backup, networking, security, and all related supporting infrastructure.
  • Desirable Skills: Technology subject matter expert with applications such as SAP, Customer Information Systems (CIS), Geographical Information Systems (GIS), Mobile Workforce Management (MWFM), Automated Metering Infrastructure (AMI), or Content Management Systems (CMS).
