Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute sales plans that meet or exceed revenue targets, while identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure team members achieve their full potential.
  3. Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.
  4. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  5. Process Improvement: Develop and implement processes and procedures to optimize sales performance, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness throughout the sales cycle.
Requirements
  1. Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  2. Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
  3. Skills: Excellent oral communication, interpersonal awareness, and team player skills.
