Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Accommodations Manager to join our team at Capri Motor Inn Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service and quality.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible rates for materials and services.
  • Client Relations: Build strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Financial Management: Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing plans to attract new clients and promote our services.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • College/CEGEP or equivalent education.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
