Retail Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced retail leader to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager at Warehouse One. As a key member of our store management team, you will play a vital role in driving sales performance, coaching and developing your team, and delivering exceptional customer service.

This is a full-time permanent position that offers a competitive salary of $18.00 per hour, with opportunities for bonus pay. You will work 32-40 hours per week, including day, evening, and weekend shifts.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing store operations, including assigning tasks, performing opening and closing duties, and scheduling staff
• Coaching and developing your team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
• Drawing on your fashion expertise to create visually appealing displays and maintain a high level of store presentation
• Maintaining accurate records, reports, and inventory control

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• 1+ years of experience in a retail management or leadership role
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• A passion for fashion and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
• The ability to stand for extended periods, climb ladders, and move boxes of merchandise (up to 30 pounds)
• Flexibility in availability, with a minimum of 32 hours per week
