We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor - Team Lead to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • To train new staff members in their job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure they understand our high standards.
  • To estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that we always have what we need.
  • To monitor and control food costs, maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • To address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • To prepare and submit reports on a regular basis, providing insights into our operations and identifying areas for improvement.

About the Role:

  • Estimated salary: $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • This is a full-time position, working approximately 35-40 hours per week.
  • You must be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • You will need to have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
