The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Managing Sales Teams: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of sales workers, ensuring they meet their targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Preparing Reports: Analyze sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Resolving Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges that may arise.
- Maintaining Inventory: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure stock is always available and accurate records are kept.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for:
- Providing Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinating Staff: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales staff to achieve business objectives.
