Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned Retail Operations Manager with expertise in managing teams, optimizing store layouts, and streamlining processes. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing effective store operations strategies to drive sales and profitability
  • Leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with the buying team to select merchandise and manage inventory levels
  • Maintaining high standards of store appearance, including visual merchandising and display
  • Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures
  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a retail management position, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role
