The Tettmar Private Wealth Management team is seeking a resourceful and efficient individual to join our team as an Investment Associate. You will contribute to growing the business by providing exceptional service, taking care of administrative duties related to client accounts, and responding to client inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional servicing of incoming telephone and email contacts from clients, advisors, and other internal and external partners
- Support Investment Advisors in general administrative duties in the management of client accounts
- Assist Investment Advisors in the preparation of client reviews and presentations
- Request information and documentation from clients to open accounts and maintain client files
- Follow up on client trades to ensure proper settlement and delivery
- Monitor pending transfers to ensure timely completion
Requirements
- Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH)
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Wealth Management Experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities' systems and procedures
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the securities industry
- Enthusiastic, committed, and entrepreneurial spirit
