Senior Manager, Assurance and Accounting Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our Assurance and Accounting team. As a trusted advisor, you will provide comprehensive financial information to clients, enabling them to make informed decisions with confidence.

As a Senior Manager, you will lead client-facing engagement teams to complete complex audit, review, and compliance tax engagements. You will deliver expert industry and technical expertise through client interactions, reports, and management presentations. Your portfolio will include managing a team of professionals, understanding client business needs, and identifying opportunities to deliver added value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client-facing engagement teams to complete complex audit, review, and compliance tax engagements.
  • Deliver expert industry and technical expertise through client interactions, reports, and management presentations.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities to deliver added value.
  • Accountable for engagement planning and scheduling, as well as project financials.
  • Maintain quality control and apply specialized knowledge to anticipate, identify, and address issues relevant to the client's business.
  • Network in the local business community, consider business development opportunities, and contribute to the preparation and delivery of competitive proposals.
  • Contribute to strategic and operational planning related to client and practice management.
  • Mentor, motivate, and coach team members towards professional and personal development.

Requirements:

  • CPA designation.
  • 7 years of relevant public accounting experience.
  • Extensive understanding of business, accounting, management, and practice development principles.
  • Proven people management, relationship building, and leadership skills.
  • Strong strategic planning and conceptual thinking skills.
