Senior Finance Lead

Job Summary

This role will serve as the senior finance lead for a decentralized unit or units within a multiple business international organization. The successful candidate will report to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and have a dotted line responsibility to the Business Unit Presidents. As an integral part of both the Business Unit and the Group Finance leadership team, the individual will play a critical role in driving financial strategy and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and expansion
  • Provide financial leadership and guidance to decentralized units
  • Collaborate with Business Unit Presidents and Group Finance leadership to drive financial performance
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies
  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Requirements

  • Strong financial leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a decentralized environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
