Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Additive Manufacturing Technician to join our team at Samuel, Son & Co. as a key member of our manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, operation, and monitoring of Additive Manufacturing systems, as well as collaborating with the manufacturing team to support daily additive manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and operation of Additive Manufacturing systems, including powder handling systems
  • Collaboration with the manufacturing team to support daily additive manufacturing operations
  • Participation in process improvement efforts to streamline additive manufacturing operations
  • Adherence to the AS9100 standard and compliance with internal quality standards
  • Identification and communication of issues to the team
  • Maintenance of a safe and clean work environment

Requirements:

  • College certificate or diploma in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Continuous learner mindset
  • Experience with measurement tools and MS Office suite
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Availability and willingness to work overtime when needed
  • Lift 10 to 40 pounds on a frequent basis
