We are a reputable cafeteria seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that cater to the diverse tastes and dietary requirements of our customers. Plan and prepare complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring that they are presented in an appealing and appetizing manner.

Inventory Management

Oversee the inventory of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet our culinary needs. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and monitor stock levels to prevent waste and overstocking.

Staff Training and Development

Train and mentor kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Cleanliness and Safety

Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Ensure that all kitchen equipment and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized.

Operational Management

Manage kitchen operations, including supervising staff, coordinating menu planning, and ensuring that all culinary tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role

Language

English

Work Hours

30 to 40 hours per week
