Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Transport Truck Trailer Mechanic to join our team at Wrangler Truck Service. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our fleet of transport trucks and trailers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on transport trucks and trailers, including adjustments, replacements, and testing of mechanical units and systems.
  • Inspect and diagnose mechanical issues and malfunctions, and recommend repairs or replacements as necessary.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to determine the best course of action for repairs and maintenance.
  • Test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer's specifications.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance service on transport trucks and trailers, including oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine tasks.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in transport truck and trailer maintenance and repair.
  • Other trades certificate or diploma in a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with supervisors and other team members.
