Job Title: Setup Machinist

MSS MACHINING & FABRICATION INC. is seeking a skilled Setup Machinist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for setting up and operating machine tools to produce high-quality parts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compute dimensions and tolerances of machine parts
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables
  • Set up and adjust production machineries/tools
  • Fit and assemble components and machine parts to close tolerance
  • Set up and operate conventional and computer-controlled machine tools
  • Verify dimensions of products for accuracy and conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments
Work Environment:

Our fast-paced environment requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work under pressure. You will be handling heavy loads and working in a physically demanding environment.

Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 30 hours per week
