Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Condominium Manager to join our team in South Western Ontario. As a key member of our management services team, you will be responsible for providing property management services to our clients, ensuring compliance with provincial legislation, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide property management services to clients in accordance with management agreements and provincial guidelines.
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
  • Support and maintain company policies and procedures regarding property operations.
  • Maintain a current knowledge of each property within the assigned portfolio.
  • Demonstrate strong financial management skills to meet client expectations.
  • Create, manage, and supervise site staff teams and contractors to maximize property performance.
Requirements
  • Valid Condo Management license and a track record of excellence and leadership.
  • Desire to advance and grow career in the industry through a disciplined progression of responsibilities.
  • 2+ years of experience in condo management.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Comfortable using web apps.
  • Working towards an REIC property management designation is considered an asset.
