**Job Description:**

As a Senior Sales Professional, you will build and maintain relationships with existing clients and stores within your assigned region Ottawa. You will identify new business opportunities to drive sales growth, focusing on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow relationships with flooring stores and clients in the assigned region.
  • Develop new business opportunities and acquire new clients.
  • Promote Epico Forest Products' hardwood flooring to potential customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in senior sales roles, preferably in the flooring or construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of hardwood flooring products and the flooring market.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and building client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

**Benefits and Compensation:

Our Senior Sales Professional will be offered a competitive salary between $50,000-$60,000 per year, including commission pay, automobile allowance, dental care, extended health care, paid time off, and store discount. The ideal candidate will also require a driving license for frequent travel within the assigned region.
