We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Barrie Volkswagen. As a key member of our service department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
About the Role:
- Provide top-notch customer service and sales support for our service department
- Greet customers with a smile and a warm welcome
- Offer expert repair recommendations and explain the nature of repairs in a clear and concise manner
- Advise customers on how to maintain their vehicles and provide valuable insights on maintenance and repair needs
- Schedule appointments and manage customer interactions with ease
- Sell labour and other services with confidence and enthusiasm
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience that exceeds expectations
What We're Looking For:
- CDK experience is a plus, but not required
- A passion for customer relations and service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to sell required maintenance and services
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ease
