Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive dental hygiene services to patients, including routine cleanings, periodontal therapy, and patient education.
- Work collaboratively with our dental team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient practice operations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest dental technology and procedures, and participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of patient care plans, and participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
- 3+ years of experience as a Registered Dental Hygienist in a dental office setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and management.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
- Experience with ClearDent is an asset.
