As a key member of our culinary operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and compliance.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements, ensuring that our kitchen is always well-stocked and prepared for peak periods.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for our management team.
  • Prepare and submit reports on kitchen performance, highlighting areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.
