About the Role:
As a Senior OKTA/ IAM Engineer at Lorven Technologies, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure identity and access management solutions using OKTA. With a strong background in identity provider technologies, Active Directory, and authentication/authorization, you will be a key member of our team, working closely with other teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement OKTA-based identity and access management solutions for our clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and technologies.
  • Develop and maintain advanced technical proficiency in OKTA, including SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and SCIM open standards.
  • Provide expert-level support for Lightweight Directory and security theory/practice.
  • Work on multiple requests simultaneously, balancing conflicting demands and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Collaborate with other teams to deliver high-quality solutions, working well with team members of various skill levels.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in identity provider technologies, Active Directory, and authentication/authorization.
  • Proficient in OKTA and experience with SSO technologies and products.
  • Advanced technical proficiency in OKTA and experience with SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and SCIM open standards.
  • Good understanding of Lightweight Directory and security theory/practice.
  • Solid understanding of security theory and practice.
