Insurance Broker Role

At Billyard Insurance Group Acton, we are seeking a skilled Insurance Broker to help our clients navigate their insurance needs. As a licensed professional, you will play a key role in providing tailored solutions and building long-term relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate products.
  • Quote, bind, and renew insurance policies across various lines of business.
  • Educate clients on insurance options and coverage specifics.
  • Handle inbound and outbound client calls and inquiries professionally.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of insurance products and regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • RIBO/OTL license (must be active and in good standing).
  • Proven experience in the insurance industry is an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Client-focused with a dedication to delivering excellent service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in insurance software/systems and basic computer skills.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
