At Billyard Insurance Group Acton, we're seeking a skilled Insurance Broker to join our team. As a licensed insurance professional, you'll play a key role in helping clients navigate their insurance needs.

Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced insurance broker who can assess clients' insurance needs, recommend appropriate products, and provide tailored solutions. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional client service and have a strong understanding of insurance products and regulations, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable products.
  2. Quote, bind, and renew insurance policies across various lines of business.
  3. Educate clients on insurance options and coverage specifics.
  4. Handle inbound and outbound client calls and inquiries professionally.
  5. Maintain a thorough understanding of insurance products and regulations.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers.
  7. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
  • RIBO/OTL license (active and in good standing).
  • Proven experience in the insurance industry is an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Client-focused with a dedication to delivering excellent service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in insurance software/systems and basic computer skills.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
