Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain common areas of the property, including hallways, stairs, and elevators.
- Perform minor maintenance repairs and ensure the property is well-maintained.
- Prepare apartments for new residents, ensuring a smooth and efficient move-in process.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with leasing suites and respond to on-call requests in a prompt and efficient manner.
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience and minor maintenance skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to work some on-call evening and weekend shifts.
