The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our Equity Internship Program (EIP) as a Policy and Research Associate on the Strategic Partnerships and Engagement team. As an EIP intern, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and contribute to our mission of reducing poverty, creating opportunities, and increasing inclusion.

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should also have a strong understanding of equity and inclusion principles and be able to apply them in a practical setting.
