GTA Caring Solutions Inc. is seeking a skilled Operations Supervisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of 1 to 2 people, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Task Management: Develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks, organize work activities, and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit reports to stakeholders, and maintain open communication with team members and other departments.
- Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Office Management: Perform a variety of office management and clerical duties, including establishing methods to meet work schedules and coordinating work activities with other work units.
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 5 years or more
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
- Area of Work Experience: Health
- Security and Safety: Criminal record check
- Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, and large caseload
- Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, and ability to multitask
Work in a fast-paced office environment with a large caseload and tight deadlines.
What We Offer:Temporary work opportunity with 30 hours per week, working in English.
