Job Title: Technical Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at Ensil Inc. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage sales pipelines, forecasting, and reporting to ensure accurate sales performance metrics.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales experience in a technical or business-to-business environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the scientific, laboratory equipment, or environmental technologies industries.
  • Knowledge of sales software and CRM systems.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
