Job Title: Custodian

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team at School District No. 48 (Sea to Sky). As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our schools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • General cleaning of schools, including lifting of furniture and operation of motorized cleaning equipment
  • Knowledge of chemicals and application of floor coatings
  • Attention to building security and maintenance of facilities
Requirements:
  • Completion of Grade 10 plus relevant courses or workshops
  • Up to three months of related experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Knowledge of WHMIS and WCB safety regulations
