Customer Service Representative Opportunity

CB Canada is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time opportunity with a 12-month contract, offering a competitive hourly rate and vacation pay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and expand our social media self-serve advertising customer base by demonstrating the value of advertising solutions.
  • Proactively outreach to decision-makers over the phone and via email to increase the ROI for their advertisement.
  • Manage a quarterly book of business, with new accounts assigned on a monthly basis.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Prefer experience working in a sales environment with sales targets or quotas.
  • Ability to work all shifts as required.
