Portfolio Coordinator, Tools and Technology, Program Management Office

We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Coordinator to join our team at the Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA). As a key member of our Program Management Office, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of Clinical Solutions administrative and management functions.
Key Responsibilities- Design and coordinate internal Financial and Human Resource support processes for Clinical Solutions Leaders, including setup, tracking, and administration.
- Track and manage the status of vendor contracts.
- Create, populate, and administer SharePoint sites to represent Clinical Solutions, ensuring accuracy and quality of program documentation.
- Provide financial analysis and reporting across Clinical Solutions, preparing accurate and up-to-date financial summary reports.
- Provide HR analysis and reporting across Clinical Solutions to support leaders, creating and maintaining HR tracking tools.
- Identify internal and external business and administrative process improvement opportunities and develop standardized and efficient processes to streamline activities.
- Produce and deliver management reports to leadership teams, collecting and reporting on Clinical Solutions Performance Indicator Management and overall portfolio reporting.
- A level of education, training, and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant discipline, with a minimum of three years' recent, related experience in administration and/or financial analysis.
- Ability to communicate and function within a complex interdisciplinary environment, including the ability to communicate with the healthcare community.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships, with exceptional presentation and writing skills.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to identify problems and develop creative solutions.
- Demonstrated administrative, organizational, work planning, and control skills.
