We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Continuing Care Assistant to join our team at Cape Breton County Homemakers Agency.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Prepare meals and assist with household tasks.
- Perform other duties related to personal care, such as assisting with mobility and transfers.
- Continuing Care Assistant Certification.
- First Aid and CPR Certification.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
