\t* Be a knowledge leader on our policies, products, services, and initiatives
\t* Answer inquiry and new claims calls on an inbound queue while applying your knowledge, problem-solving skills, and making on-the-spot decisions to move claims forward
\t* Accurately and clearly document files to reflect conversations and actions taken on claims
\t* Take ownership and responsibility on all calls to support customers and colleagues
\t* Ensure that daily call centre metrics are met while taking a high volume of inbound calls
\t* Provide quality customer service, maintain low hold times, and document files in a clear and concise manner
\t* Perform other ad hoc duties or projects as assigned by your manager

\t* Bilingual in French and English is an asset
\t* University degree or any combination of training and experience deemed relevant for the role
\t* Willing to pursue your Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation

\t* Insurance experience is considered an asset

\t* Must be flexible to work 35 hours a week during our business hours of operation: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Statutory holidays
