As an Occupational Therapist with the CBHSSJB, you will play a vital role in evaluating the functional abilities of our clients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and promoting optimal autonomy. Your expertise will be essential in restoring or maintaining abilities, addressing incapacities, minimizing handicaps, and adapting environments to support independence.

About the Role
  • Evaluate client functional abilities and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Implement interventions to promote optimal autonomy and independence.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current membership in the Ordre professionel des ergothérapeutes du Québec.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in occupational therapy, preferably in an interdisciplinary setting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with diverse populations and age groups.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary: $85,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience.
