S.i. Systems seeks a seasoned professional to support the adoption of a Dynamics CRM system in the public sector.

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior management consultant with extensive experience leading change initiatives, who can develop and implement effective change management strategies.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of assessing organization readiness for change, developing appropriate interventions, and influencing proposed changes.

  • Develop a comprehensive work plan to ensure seamless implementation of the Dynamics CRM system.
  • Create customized change management plans, incorporating training and orientation for employees.
  • Provide knowledge transfer sessions to staff, ensuring a smooth transition to the new system.
  • Conduct a thorough assessment of change impact and requirements, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Identify deviations from change standards and implement corrective actions to achieve organizational adoption.
  • Design and execute change management and communications strategies for each project.
  • Lead options assessment workshops with the team, driving collaboration and innovation.
  • Maintain accurate work plans for the team, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Analyze and develop business-critical success factors, informing strategic decisions.
  • Leads change impact analysis and change management activities, fostering a culture of change.
  • Create engaging presentations for various stakeholders, facilitating meetings and discussions.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies, plans, and frameworks, driving organizational transformation.
  • Design and conduct change readiness assessments, informing planning and execution.
  • Develop performance measurement and evaluation frameworks, ensuring accountability and excellence.
  • Develop comprehensive Change Management & Communications Plans, including internal emails and external website updates.
  • Create User Feedback Reports based on surveys, providing valuable insights to Executive Management.
  • Develop training plans for business clients, aligning communications and project schedules.
  • Mead Business teams to lead IT contributions to change management documents.
  • Complete readiness checklists before each implementation, ensuring preparedness.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience leading change initiatives.
  • An active Reliability clearance.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and application of Change Management strategy and principles.
  • A proven ability to assess organization readiness for change, develop appropriate interventions, and influence proposed changes.
Nice to Have

Hold a valid change management certification from an organization such as Prosci or APMG.

Estimated Salary

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
