Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise a team of maintenance workers to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks
    • Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Maintenance and Repair
    • Oversee the maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment, and systems
    • Ensure that all maintenance work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Manage inventory levels of maintenance supplies and equipment
    • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit reports on maintenance activities and performance
    • Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and inventory levels
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a maintenance or facilities management role
  • Language
    • Fluent in English
  • Work Hours
    • 35 hours per week
